We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates Incense Cones — $10.00 AUD flat rate Pottery Incense Holders — $15.00 AUD flat rate

Local Pickup Local pickup is available by arrangement. If you'd like to collect your order in person, select "Local Pickup — By Arrangement" at checkout and we'll be in touch to organise a suitable time.

Processing Time As all items are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Dispatch & Delivery Orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.

Fragile Items Our pottery pieces are carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
